Break the cycle. Begin again.
Do different. Get different.
Do you ever feel like you’re living the same moments on repeat? Thinking the same thoughts, making the same choices, ending up in the same place? Whether it shows up as anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that dulls your days, or a persistent struggle with self-esteem and confidence, the pattern can feel impossible to break. The harder you try to push past it, the more it seems to circle back — leaving you stuck, overwhelmed, and unfulfilled.
Something different is possible… but it starts with doing something different.
Therapy offers a space to step out of the cycle and see yourself, and your life, with fresh perspective. Together we can work through emotional regulation and overwhelm, navigate life transitions that have left you uncertain of your footing, and explore the deeper patterns keeping you from the life you want. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning with experience, this process can be both grounding and transformative.
You’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and culturally aware care — a space where your full background, identity, and experience are honoured. Every part of you is seen, heard, and understood.

Who I Help
I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders such as persistent low mood, emotional dysregulation, and chronic stress.
Much of my work centres on trauma — whether rooted in childhood, relationships, or significant life events — and the ways those experiences continue to shape how we feel and function today.
I also support clients through life transitions such as career changes, loss, immigration, and shifts in identity or circumstance that can leave us feeling unmoored or uncertain of who we are.
Relationship issues are a central part of my practice as well, from patterns of conflict and disconnection to the quieter struggles of intimacy, attachment, and self-worth.
Looking beneath the surface
My Approach
My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy — an approach based on the idea that many of the patterns we struggle with today have roots that often lie beyond our conscious awareness. The ways we relate to others, the emotions that feel overwhelming or impossible to access, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are — these rarely appear out of nowhere. They developed for reasons, often early in life, as ways of coping with difficult experiences or unmet needs.
In our work together, we slow down and get curious about those patterns. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, we look at what’s underneath them — the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that shaped you. Over time, as those connections become clearer, they lose their hold on you. You’re no longer at the mercy of forces you can’t see.
This is thoughtful, reflective work. It isn’t about giving you a checklist or telling you what to do. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply — so you can move through life with greater ease and intention, and have more say in who you are and how you live.
Beyond the credentials
Why Work With Me?
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
My training includes a five-year diploma in psychodynamic psychotherapy — a level of preparation that goes well beyond the minimum requirements for registration, and one that reflects my commitment to practising with both depth and integrity.
But credentials only tell part of the story. I do this work because I believe people are capable of genuine change — not just better coping, but a fundamentally different relationship with themselves and the people they love. It’s what draws me to this work, and what keeps me in it.
